Chicago, IL – The City of Chicago, through its Departments of Business and Information Services, hired Computer Aid Incorporated to manage the production support of the City's Integrated Personnel and Payroll Systems as well as its Financial Management and Purchasing System. Both systems are based on Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning Suite version 11.5.8. Clarity will participate in multiple roles including business analysis, requirements gathering, development and help desk. This support agreement is for a minimum of three years.
