Chicago, IL – The City of Chicago, through its Departments of Human Resources and Business and Information Services, hired Clarity Partners to project manage the implementation of its new enterprise recruiting and hiring system. Clarity will work with the City to implement Taleo Enterprise Edition to transform the City’s hiring processes, from the predominantly paper-based processes of today, to the efficient, paperless, readily accessible processes that the City needs to effectively compete for world class talent. The new system and streamlined processes will help the City attract and hire the best and brightest in the workforce, reduce the time it takes to hire personnel, and ensure that the hiring process is objective and auditable.

Based on the results of a thorough review and analysis of several talent acquisition software systems, the City identified Taleo Corporation’s Enterprise Edition ASP software suite as the best long-term fit for the City’s recruiting and hiring needs. Clarity will project manage all phases of the project, including planning, definition, analysis, design, prototype, deployment, training, and change management.
