Chicago, IL – The City of Chicago Office of the City Clerk (OCC) has selected Clarity Partners, LLC to develop, maintain, and support its Sales Application Suite 2012/13, enabling the sale of city vehicle stickers, residential daily parking passes, and dog registrations. Clarity will redevelop OCC’s Oracle and Java based applications and sales portals to meet the requirements of the OCC administration.
Once implemented, this redevelopment will allow OCC to manage the renewal process of dog registrations and vehicle stickers, run reports to identify new sources of revenue, and improve enforcement of City of Chicago policy requirements. The Clarity team will create web-based dashboards and business intelligence solutions to improve the level of efficiency and utility of the City Clerk Sales Application Suite.
