Chicago, IL - The Chicago Housing Authority hired the team of Clarity Partners and Catalyst Consulting Group to re-architect and enhance the Housing Offer Process (HOP) application. The HOP application is a mission critical application that automates the CHA’s process to match and wait list 25,000 residents with newly constructed/renovated housing units as part of their landmark Plan for Transformation. The application helps manage the list of prospective residents for each of the newly developed or rehabilitated housing developments. The HOP application automates various notifications sent to residents and manages development schedules to ensure timely move-in dates.
