Chicago, IL – Chicago Public Schools (CPS) has selected SADA Systems, Inc. partnered with Clarity Partners, LLC to migrate them into the cloud, leveraging Google Apps. The Google@CPS Project Team will migrate all CPS staff and student email accounts to Gmail and Google Calendars, and train CPS on the customization and collaboration capabilities of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Documents, and Google Sites. Once implemented, the transition into Google Apps will allow CPS employees and students to become more efficient and organized in their daily communication.

Clarity’s consultants will search and export all archived electronic communications from First Class to Google Apps through the use of Google Message Discovery (GMD). Upon completion of the migration process, Clarity will provide comprehensive training to users on the functionality and sharing capabilities of Google Apps.
