Chicago, IL – Clarity has joined the Infor Global Solutions team in their effort to implement their Hansen 8 Enterprise Asset Management system for the City of Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology. Infor’s $25 Million Master contract involves the migration from Hansen 7 to Hansen 8 for existing user departments as well as the analysis, configuration, and implementation of new user departments into Hansen 8. The master contract also covers ongoing maintenance and support. Clarity’s role on the project is to provide expert analysis and data conversion services for integration of the new user departments.

When implemented, the Hansen application suite will provide a city-wide interagency asset management solution tailored to the needs of Chicago by including planning, permitting, code enforcement, licensing, and other municipal government modules.
