Chicago, IL – The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County has selected Clarity to ensure the successful system implementation and operational deployment of its e-Tickets system. The e-Tickets system is a next generation application involving the implementation of mobile data clients, the use of enterprise-level and legacy system interfacing technology, and the customization of a cutting-edge, proprietary data capture / GUI approach. The e-Tickets system is intended to efficiently integrate disparate ticket data capture systems across county law enforcement agencies under one system which will be hosted by the Clerk of the Circuit Court systems. E-tickets will effectively provide Cook County with an efficient data relay for ticket information capture, transmission, processing, and retention of tickets. By providing independent verification and validation both technically and functionally throughout the project, Clarity will serve to ensure the realization of benefits expected from the e-Tickets system in efficiency and effectiveness of ticket processing throughout Cook County.
