Chicago, IL – The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County has selected Clarity to ensure the successful system implementation and operational deployment of its e-Warrants system. The e-Warrants system is a web-based warrant management system which will facilitate the creation, communication, and execution of an electronic warrant across legal entities in Cook County. By providing independent verification and validation both technically and functionally throughout the project, Clarity will serve to ensure the realization of improvements expected from the e-Warrants system in efficiency and effectiveness of warrant execution throughout Cook County.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County is the largest judicial circuit in the State of Illinois and one of the largest unified court systems in the world. The Circuit Court Clerk is responsible for recording, certifying and managing the court's records, which encompasses trials court of general jurisdiction that serves its 5.1 million residents. The Circuit Court Clerk's Office has approximately 2,100 employees who support more than 400 judges assigned among eight divisions and six suburban municipal districts.
